An all inclusive rate
We take 24% of the nightly rate after any platform fees. The cleaning fee is charged to the guest so this is not a cost to you and unlike many other agencies, we do not take a commission of this. We do not charge for call-outs, all the consumables are included and there are no standing or minimum charges so if you don't make any money nor do we. There is a one-off signup fee of £99inc VAT which includes the supply and installation of a lock box, full listing build, and professional photos.
